Skills for Care Endorsement
What is endorsement?
Skills for Care endorsement is a bespoke quality mark given to the best learning and development providers within the adult social care sector. It helps employers to easily identify high quality training providers without the need to search through the minefield of existing providers.
To become endorsed you must be able to clearly evidence that the training you have delivered has made a significant difference, not only to the learner but also to the person accessing care and support.
We're extremely proud of our Skills for Care endorsement. It has helped raise our profile across social media and we've been approached more frequently by other care agencies requesting training since becoming a Centre of Excellence. It's also supported us to become closer as a team by sharing a sense of pride in our achievements.

Good practice corner
We recently launched our good practice corner, a new regular feature where we’ll be asking if there’s a certain challenge or issue you’re currently facing. We’re also asking for input from other EP’s as to how they have tackled the same issue.

The topic for our next Good Practice Corner is Coproduction – how you can use the voices of those that access your care, to make your learning and development offer more powerful.
