Get involved

We have many ways you can get involved and work with us to ensure the adult social care workforce has the right attitudes, values and skills to deliver high quality care.

  • Keep up to date with the work we do by signing up to our newsletters and connecting with us on social media.
  • Our events we run across England. You can search for an event in your local area.
  • To make sure our tools are fit for purpose we work closely with care providing organisations, people who need care and support, carers and other key partners.
  • Our get involved in our work area is full of information on our consultations and research reports and how you can take part.
  • Our Accolades awards recognise the great work being done in adult social care. If you’re committed to delivering high quality care and developing your workforce you should think about entering.
  • In this section of the website you’ll also find details on our tender opportunities where we advertise for someone to deliver goods or services on our behalf.

In May 2019 we launched our ‘Confident with difference’ resource which was developed to provide care services with the opportunity to consider how well they currently embrace diversity.

There are four short films and activities designed for leaders and managers to use with their teams, and one aimed specifically at leaders and managers to use with their peers. We’re looking to review the resource and understand more about how it’s being used so that we can improve and support its use.

We’ve developed a short survey and would like to hear from you if you’ve accessed or used any of the ‘Confident with difference’ films and activities.
